A lil Brief on Party's Info V8 (Edited 13th May, 8.56am)

Payment must be made this week (11th to 16th) to You Kang, Khesvin or Nathiya ONLY. PT03 = ME or Khesvin. PT04 = Nathiya. Payment due third or fourth party will not be accepted! Those who have names in our list cannot escape the payment regardless you are involved in the event or not. Once you're in our list, you are paying. NO EXCUSES WILL BE TAKEN IN. We have given enough warnings. Those who fail to pay by this week prepare to pay more. Or receive ah Long letter. Those who were even thinking of trying to escape us. Then dont come to exam next week. That's all. Thank you.

EDIT: You can determine your T-Shirt size with me...Tomorrow (12th May) but... get a gang of at least 3 or 4... i'm not going to show everyone one by one a shirt... Ixora Boys can come to my unit personally... but make sure i'm in... if those who buy but did not determine then i'll set the size for you base on the shirt size... approximately... There is only S,M,L,XL no girl or boy's difference...

Khesvin, Milton (driver), Yong Chin and I went to A Famosa to check out the place and decide which unit to book to have our party.
Basically we are booking a RM488 per night, Four-Roomed bungalow in A Famosa for us 39 people. It will never have enough space but we dont party inside (not mentioning the smaller RM388 bungalow)... so we party outside or inside or walk around or... anything..
Above is the top-down plan so you can briefly see how is the bungalow structure... i wont go into details - wont be a spoiler - but there will be 2 bathrooms, 4 rooms, a living room, a car porch and a pool...
*For Muslims there is Kiblat too...
We have already book a unit and now, even if you say you're not coming, you are still paying... I've told people earlier that confirm is just a yes or no and it's a must to confirm by MONDAY so any late disconfirmations still needs to pay

I dont care if people say it's unfair, it'll be worse if you compare to organizers to run all the way and prepare everything for you..
RM488/38 that's how much venue per person... RM13 per head (extra money = Misc)

Food : Finalized (Nathiya)
Nathiya managed to get SC to cater for us, RM5 per person for *40 person of food (*will revise about the number of people the food is prepared)
The RM5 includes,
Fried Rice
Bihun
Fried Chicken
A tray of Fruit
One type of Drink
and they promise to send back and forth, to and from A Famosa
So, food = RM5 per head

Total Budget Calculation (NOT including transport and shirt)

RM12.5 venue + RM5 food + RM5 Snacks and Drinks + RM2.5 Misc = RM25

Extras:

Transport : Dunno yet. If we have extra money from your RM25 we'll cover up transport as many as possible.

Liquor : extra RM30 per person (14 people including soft drinks, ice, glass)

Those who only go for Party = RM25

Those who only buy T-Shirt = RM17

Those who go for party and buying shirt = RM42

Those who go for party, drink Liquor but not buying shirt = RM55

Those who go for party, drink Liquor and also buying shirt = RM72

Basically those are the confirmed ones.. we only need 4 cars to go twice..
so we basically have enough.. But of course the more the merrier....

As for what time should we go or gather up...
I want people to gather up in two separate time...

4.30-5.00 pm First Convoy

-As many as possible will fit into this first convoy and reach there save. We will have Milton to lead. And will be going by the shorter route that is highway. Any changes in plan, i will update here.

6.30-7.00 pm Second Convoy

-Unless delay(from first convoy), everything should be fine... same route

*Late comers or non-punctuals are not entertained, you go by yourself..
BRING EXTRA MONEY that day so that i can calculate the total transport fees needed...
For those who wanna go back early you have to ready your own car or rent one... it's RM4/5 per hour one Kancil... because you cant be letting people fetching you back when they are enjoying the party... unless you found any cars wanted to go back early also, i'm sure there will be one or two... so mind you, those who wanna go back early, and not staying over night, prepare your own transport...

Games and Activities : (Malliga)
You guys should bring your own, unless you do not have any... board games, card games, any game is ok... we just need to kill time and have fun...

Photograph :
Bring your own camera and also your USB cable to be connected and upload the photo into computer... it's a must unless you are telling me you arent sharing... then shame on you... sharing is caring... we want this because we want every picture/moments that people can capture.. and make it memorable.. a PT03/04 album on flickr... how does that sound?

**Extra Notes :
-Bring extra T-Shirt if you wanna play in the pool... it's encouraged for everyone to at least bring one extra shirt... even if you're not going into the pool... just in case

-If our T-Shirt was a success, then we should wear that to the party... but after reach you can change to anything, you can change to a better fashion or stuff like that, it's ok... we actually encuorage fashion show... but when photograph session comes in, we will want to take with the T-Shirt, so best not get it wet or dirty before that...
-We are trying very hard to suppress the budget to ±RM20 so please do not complain and make that as an excuse to not come... This budget includes Venue, Food, Snacks & Drinks, Miscelleneous (I'll explain things further in meetings that are bout to come) this budget does not include transport and T-shirt...
-Bring extra drinks or snacks if you think it will not be enough that night (your wish)

-Those who are drinking liquor, ask Khesvin for everything, i dunno anything....

-We'll start collecting money next week (11th to 16th May) and next week we want to finish collecting.. so BE PREPARED... this is an early notice i hope i wont receive people saying i dont have money...
